The Greatest Opportunity on Earth
The second day of North American Youth congress kicked off with a jump start session led by Lj Harry followed by split sessions with Chantry Dean(Teen), Matthew Johnson(Hyphen), Chadwick Craft (Youth Workers), and Aaron Soto (Young Ministers).
Following the split sessions, Bro. Tom Ellis preached from the well-known passage in Mark 11:15-17, where scripture records Jesus’ frustration with those treating the temple as a marketplace. The attendants of NAYC were reminded of the timeless importance of the reason for the temple and one of the most important callings the church will ever have—prayer. The temple is to be called a house of prayer and in Mark 11, the people had made it a den of thieves.

Faith Factor
Expectation was as high and so were the hairstyles as over 34,000 young people poured into the Lucas Oil Stadium for the first night of North American Youth Congress 2017.
The night began with the North American Talent Search as the sound of exuberant worship filled the stadium. Each contestant and group used their talent by singing praises to God. Following the talent search, Christian Life College took the stage and continued in the spirit of worship and praise. The church was then led in a focused prayer for the service. We were exhorted to pray not merely a simple prayer to receive something from God, but to experience a demonstration of God’s glory and power. Whenever a major event occurs in the history of mankind, it is not the event itself which causes the greatest change; it is the fallout. They are the smaller, but numerous events that occur because of that great event.
For example, when Jesus gave His life for us on the cross, events were set in motion that would only grow as time passed.
